Terms of Service

GEO Rise is a Generative Engine Optimization tool for Shopify merchants. It scores and audits your store's readiness for AI assistants, generates and serves llms.txt files, injects structured data, simulates how AI assistants read your product pages, tracks whether AI assistants mention your store and your competitors, generates content, and attributes orders to AI referrals. Features vary by subscription plan.

The App offers a free plan and paid plans. Current plans, prices, and limits are shown in the App and on our Shopify App Store listing. Paid plans are billed monthly in USD through Shopify's billing system and appear on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a 7 day free trial for new subscribers; you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Switching between paid plans does not start a new trial. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not issue partial refunds. We may change prices or plan limits; changes apply from your next billing cycle after notice through the App or the listing.

You agree not to: use the App in violation of Shopify's terms or acceptable use policies; reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App; use the App to create content that is misleading, deceptive, or unlawful; circumvent plan limits through automation or abuse; or resell or provide the App to third parties outside your own store operations.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your store data and for reviewing AI generated content (such as meta descriptions, alt text, blog posts, and llms.txt files) before relying on it or publishing it. You remain responsible for your own customers and for your own privacy and cookie disclosures, including disclosing the App's AI referral cookie on your storefront if you use revenue attribution.

The App depends on Shopify and on third party AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity. We are not responsible for the availability, output, or behavior of these services, and AI search results are outside our control.

GEO Rise, its software, brand, and content are owned by Boda Brands OÜ. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your own Shopify store during your subscription. Output the App generates for your store, such as llms.txt files, audit reports, schema markup, and generated content, is yours to use for your store.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee increased traffic, revenue, rankings, or AI citations, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boda Brands OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County Court in Tallinn, Estonia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will note the date above and communicate material changes through the App or the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
